Identifying a Man Found Dead.
W.C. Chapman received a picture the other day sent by the sheriff of Fort Dodge, Webster County Iowa, for recognition with the following explanation:

The enclosed picture was found on the body of a dead man found near this city a few days ago, in an envelope, bearing the name of W.C. Chapman, Art Gallery, Manning, Iowa, This is the only trace found on the body of the deceased whereby he may be recognized. The picture was soon recognized by James Turner and others as that of Albert J. Dugan, formerly an employee as a section hand on the C.& N.W. Railway, at Manning. The deceased left here about a year and a half ago.
