Death Summons Mrs. Friedrichsen
Mrs. Fred Friedrichsen, 77, died at 10 p. m. Tuesday, November 18, 1952, at her home two miles east and one mile south of Manning.

She had been in poor health for some time.

Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, with the Rev. William Kanning officiating. Burial will be in the Manning Cemetery. Grandsons will be pallbearers.

Mrs. Friedrichsen, the former Augusta Thomssen, was born July 21, 1875, at Heidi, Schleswig Holstein, Germany. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. Claus and Antje (Urbahas) Thomssen.

She had lived on the same farm the last 49 years.

Survivors
Surviving with her husband are 12 children, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

One child died in infancy.

Her daughters and sons are: Mrs. Hans (Emma) Beese, Ames; Mrs. Ed (Laura) Lamp, Denison; Eddie and Henry Friedrichsen, at home; Mrs. John (Bertha) Joens, Carroll; Mrs. Fred (Ella) Stewart, Gray; Ferdinand, Council Bluffs; Mrs. William (Selma) Hacker, Templeton; Grant Friedrichsen, Mrs. Nelson (Effie) Christensen, and Harry and Ray Friedrichsen, Manning.
