Dixie, 63, died peacefully in her home in Delta, Colorado on Sunday, January 12, 2014. She was born on March 19, 1950 in Omaha, Nebraska, to William and Elaine Baley.

Dixie is survived by her mother Elaine Baley-Smith (Gene) of Sun City, Arizona; brother Rebel Baley of Deary, Idaho and her sister Barbara Elliott-Underbrink (William) of Sun City, Arizona; Aunt, Annabelle Baley of Sun City, Arizona; and nieces Jaime Elliott, of Fort Collins, Colorado and Jessica Elliott of Glendale, Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Baley in 1988.

A family memorial gathering will be held in July near Kremmling, Colorado to spread her ashes on the Sheephorn.
