Funeral services for Don Livingston, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Livingston of Portland, Oregon, formerly of Manning, is being held at the Ohde funeral home at 2 Thursday.

Burial will be at Manning. Pall bearers were Clark Hershman, Kenneth Graves, Leo Rostermundt, Louie Bohnsack, Roy Schrum and Melvin Clothier.

Ohde ambulance met the body at Omaha Wednesday morning at 3 o'clock and returned it here. Parents accompanied the body.

Don was born on June 7, 1929, and drowned May 1, 1949, while fishing in Deschutes River, Kaskela, Oregon. High water made recovery of his body difficult.

He graduated from Manning high school in 1947. His parents went west in 1943, but he returned to Manning to graduate.
