Mrs. Elsie A. Karsten route 3, Salem, died at a local hospital, October 6.
Surviving are the husband, William Karsten; a daughter, Beverly Karsten; three sons, Melvin, LeRoy, and William all of Salem; to sisters, Mrs. Mabel LaBranche, Salem, and Miss Eva King, Washougal, Wash.; two brothers, Harvey and Ralph King, both of Salem, and her mother, Mrs. Minnie King, of Salem.
Services will be held from the Clough - Barrick Chapel Wednesday, October 9, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Louis White officiating. Internment in Bellcrest Memorial Park.
