The home of Mr. and Mrs. A.T. Bennett was saddened last Sunday morning by the death of their little son, Elton Harold, aged ten months. The little one was sick but a short time but the disease baffled the skill of the physicians and baby's voice is forever stilled. The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon, the Rev. King making a few very appropriate remarks at the grave. Dr. Farnsworth of Clinton, a cousin of Mr. Bennett and a noted physician of that city, was summoned and arrived on Friday, and remained until Sunday night. The parents have the sympathy of all in this first, and we hope their last affliction.
