Death of Infant.

Mr. and Mrs. Ben Harding, of Heaton, North Dakota, arrived in Manning last Saturday evening. They brought with them for burial the body of their baby girl, Elva June. She was born on July 26 and was a beautiful and healthy child. A few days before her death she was taken, acutely ill and died October 7. The funeral was held in South Manning at the home of Mrs. Harding's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Freetly. The little casket was surrounded by a wealth of flowers, and, notwithstanding the very inclement weather; many friends were present at the funeral.

The little one was laid to rest in the Manning Cemetery, the services being conducted by Rev. F.A. Heizer, pastor of the Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Claud Farrell, of Heaton, accompanied the bereaved parents in their sad home coming, and Mrs. J.L. Hamilton, also of Heaton, was present at the funeral.
