EMIL F. KLINDT
Emil Frederick Klindt, 85, Aspinwall, formerly of Manning, died May 22, 1967, at the Little Flower Haven at Earling. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. May 25 in the Ohde Funeral Home at Manning, with burial in the Manning Cemetery. The Rev. Carl G. Sinning, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, will officiate.

A son of Claus and Gretje "Gretchen" Klindt, he was born April 22, 1882, near Westside and lived 10 miles northwest of Aspinwall.

He was married to Theresia "Tracy" Opperman on March 2, 1910, and they farmed in Crawford County nine years. They then lived in Manning for several years, returning to the farm in 1931. Mrs. Klindt died on August 24, 1940, and then Mr. Klindt moved to Aspinwall. He entered the Little Flower Haven two years ago.

He was preceded in death also by three sisters and two brothers.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Russell (Ruby) Am-Rhein, Omaha; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
