FELICIA CAMPBELL

Funeral services for Felicia Campbell were held Saturday, May 26. 1979, 2:00 p.m. at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning. Officiating was the Rev. Donald Jones of the United Methodist Church. Organist was Mrs. Bonita Hagedorn. Interment was in Manning Cemetery with Eddie Fischer, Merlin Struve, Eddie Johnson, Elroy Schrum, George Pfoltner, and Leroy Mundt as casketbearers.
Order of Eastern Star Memorial Service, was held Friday, May 25, 1979, at the Funeral Home at 8:00 p.m.
The Ohde Funeral Home in Manning was in charge of arrangements.

Felicia, daughter of Gustav and Katherine Altman Jans, was born June 9, 1887 in Audubon County, Iowa. She attended the rural schools near her home. She was united in marriage with George Albert in 1915. Her husband died in 1923 and in 1936 she was united in marriage with John Campbell who died in 1959. Felecia has lived in Manning all her life and entered the Manning Plaza about a year ago where she passed away on Thursday afternoon, May 24, 1979 at the age of 91 years, 11 months and 15 days.

Felicia was a member of the United Methodist Church of Manning, a fifty-year member and past Matron of the Order of Eastern Star. She was also a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary of Manning.

In addition to her two husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents, by three sisters, and one brother.

She is survived by one son, James Albert of Boone, by one grandson, Jack Albert of Boone, by two stepdaughters, Lucille, Mrs. Leroy Brus of Manning, and Bernice, Mrs. Walter Hauschildt of Des Moines, as well as by many other relatives and friends.


Felicia Albert Campbell is buried in the Manning City Cemetery.
