MRS. ARTHUR (FRANCES) FIELWEBER
Frances Fielweber, 65, of Manning, died Monday, March 10, 1980, at Manning General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 13 at Zion Lutheran Church here with Pastor Edward F. Heinicke officiating. Burial, under the direction of the Ohde Funeral Home of Manning, will be in the Manning Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Wilmer Ranniger, Roy Kruse, Harry Jansen, Brian Lage, LeRoy Rowedder, and Marvin Wiemann.

Survivors include her husband; two sisters: Mrs. Ruth Schroeder, Manning, and Mrs. Marian Jackson, Cincinnati, Ohio; an uncle, Herman Lage; and an aunt, Mrs. Ida Dethlefs, both of Manning; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by her parents.

Mrs. Fielweber was born on the family farm in Iowa Township, Crawford County, February 6, 1915, a daughter of Alfred and Wilhelmina (Ohde) Lage. She was graduated from Manning High School in 1934.

On September 6, 1942, she was married to Arthur Fielweber at Manning. They lived on her parents' farm where in later years she cared for them. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Ladies Aid.


Frances Fielweber is buried in the Manning City Cemetery.
