Henry Borkowski, 79, a resident of Lewisville for several years, died enroute to Madelia hospital Tuesday evening, after being stricken in his rooming house. Death is attributed to a heart ailment.

His only close survivor in this area is Bert Borkowski of Lewisville, a half-brother who currently is hospitalized at Madelia
