HENRY GRIMM
Funeral services for Henry Grimm, 71, Manning, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 15, 1961, at Zion Lutheran Church here, with Pastor George B. Eschenbacher officiating. Burial will be in the Manning Cemetery, with nephews as pallbearers.

The body is at the Ohde Funeral Home here and will be taken to the church at 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

Mr. Grimm, a retired farmer, was taken to Manning General Monday evening, June 12.

He was born in Crawford County February 22, 1890, a son of Claus Henry and Anna (Schwiesow) Grimm. He attended rural schools (Ewoldt No. 1 and Ewoldt No. 3) and worked on various farms; and in November, 1916, was married to Florence Stahl. The farmed at various places near Manning until retiring and moving to town in 1947.

Mr. Grimm is survived by his wife; one son Raymond Grimm, Manning; five grandchildren; and four sisters, Mrs. Emma Gottsch-Auen, Carroll, Mrs. Bertha Genzen, and Mrs. William (Ida) Wiese, Manning, and Mrs. Anna Ewoldt, Manilla.

He was preceded in death by one daughter in infancy; his parents; one sister, Mrs. Lena Grage; and three brothers, Julius, as a child, John, and Edward.
