After a long illness Mrs. William Hughes died at her home five miles south of Manning on Saturday last, aged 28 years. The funeral was held in the home on Monday forenoon. Besides her husband the deceased leaves a family of five small children to mourn her loss. This sad case calls out the tenderest sympathy for the devoted husband and motherless little children. We were unable to get full particulars.
