John Bahr of Lodgepole, Nebraska.
He was born in 1876 in Germany and came to the United States as a young teen. He married Bertha Goettsch in the 1890s. Bertha was born December 8, 1880. They had 8 children, Hank, Edna, Eldora, Alta, Elsie, John and Florence. Gertrude died at birth.
They lived in or around Carroll County, Manning, Iowa.
