MRS. ART HINNERS
Mrs. Art (Loretta) Hinners, 73, of Halbur died Thursday evening, December 28, 1979, at St. Anthony Regional Hospital.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Augustine's Church in Halbur with Rev. Leo Riesberg officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine's Cemetery.

Friends may call after 7 p.m. Sunday at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning where a rosary will be recited that evening at 8:30 p.m. Rosaries also will be recited Monday at 3, 7:30 and 8:15 p.m.

Mrs. Hinners, the daughter of Peter and Katherine (Kohorst) Trecker, was born February 11, 1905. She married Art Hinners May 20, 1924. The couple farmed near Halbur before moving to Halbur in 1965.

Mrs. Hinners was a member of St. Augustine's Church and Ladies' Guild, the Templeton Catholic Daughters of America Court No. 454 and the Arcadia American Legion Auxiliary No. 694.

Survivors include her husband, Art: three daughters, Mrs. Ted (Jeanette) Eischeid of Carroll, Mrs. Ray (Marjorie) Hacker of Halbur and Mrs. Henry (Dolores) Darveaux of Pipestone, Minnesota; six sons, Donald.

Vernon, Larry, Richard and Jack, all of Manning, and Art of Arcadia: 60 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Joe and Harold Trecker; four sisters, Mrs. Florence Wagner, Mrs. Marie Johnson, Mrs. Dorothy Dillon and Mrs. Kathleen Walsh.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five grandchildren and one sister.
