Mardel K. Fuller was born on December 19, 1934, in Manning, to Henry and Pearl (Carper) Bonnesen and passed away on February 24, 2014, in Seward, Nebraska; at the age of 79 years, 2 months, and 5 days.
Mardel attended Eden No. 9 country school in Carroll County, and graduated from Manning High School in 1952.

On December 27, 1952, she married Jack Royden Fuller in Manning. The couple lived in various places in the United States and Japan while Jack served his country in the U.S. Navy. After Jack retired from the Navy they lived in Lincoln and California before settling in Seward in 1985. They moved to Utica in 1988. Mardel had a Preschool in her home for many years, she loved watching "her" little ones grow up. Many of her students thought of her as a grandma.

She enjoyed flowers, cooking pies, playing cards especially cribbage and of course her Danish heritage. She loved being with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mardel also loved her family at the Utica Senior Center and their Christmas events. She was a member of the Utica Legion Auxiliary.

Mardel is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Cindy Fuller of Runaway Bay, Texas; Jack and Angie Fuller of Seward, Nebraska; five grandchildren, Chris and wife Amanda Fuller of Atlanta, Georgia; Kelly Ince and husband Daniel of Runaway Bay, Texas; Kaci Fuller of Runaway Bay, Texas; Andy and wife Heather Fuller of Lincoln, Nebraska; and Kevin Fuller of Lincoln, NE; three great-grandchildren, William Fuller, Emily Ince, Alyssa Fuller and soon to come Whitaker Fuller, brother, Hans P. "Junior" (Linda) Bonnesen of Grand Island, Nebraska; and sister-in-law, Carol Murphy of Lincoln, Nebraska; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack Fuller on June 26, 2006, and brother, Robert Bonnesen in W.W.II.
