MRS. MARFA CLAUSEN
Mrs. Marfa Clausen, 76, former Manning area resident, died Thursday, March 19, 1970, at Kennewick, Washington.

Friends may call after noon on Sunday at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning. Funeral services will be conducted there at 11 a.m. Monday by Pastor Edward F. Heinicke of the Zion Lutheran Church. Interment will be at Manning Cemetery.

Mrs. Clausen was born February 17, 1894, at Manning, to Henry and Sophie (Schröder) Ewoldt. She and her husband, Lorenz Clausen, lived near Aspinwall and Manning before moving to Washington 25 years ago.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Arlo and Earl both of Kennewick; two brothers, Rudy Ewoldt of Manilla and Hugo Ewoldt of Manning; one sister, Mrs. Olga Schrum of Manilla. One son, Henry, preceded her in death.
