Dies at Manning; Ill Several Years

Mrs. John Andresen, 63, died in the Manning General Hospital Thursday morning, August 1, 1946. She had been ill several years.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday in the Ohde funeral home here for Marie (Witt) Andresen. The Rev. Roy Pfaff, pastor of the Irwin Methodist Church, and the Rev. A. Itse, pastor of the Norwegian Lutheran Church, will be in charge. Burial will be in the Manning Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Homer Clark, Carl Paulsen, and Carol Larson, all of Irwin; Albert Puck, Henry Boysen, and Ray Sander.

A mixed quartet, Mrs. M.C. Schrum, Agnes (Mrs. Albert) Dietz, Ray Pratt, and Clifford Johnson, will sing during the services. Bonita (Mrs. Henry W.) Hagedorn will be the accompanist.

Mrs. Andresen is survived by her husband and four children, Mrs. Mayer Knudson, Mrs. Clarence Barten and Mrs. Carl Wiese, and Lester, both of Irwin, and two sisters.

Surviving are her husband and three daughters, Maurine (Mrs. Clarence) Barten, Velma (Mrs. Mayer) Knudson, and Leona (Mrs. Carl) Wiese, and one son, Lester Andresen, the latter two of Irwin.
