Mrs. Mary Bolte, one of the highly respected citizens of the town, passed away at her home on Park Hill on Thursday morning, November 6th, 1913, at 8 o'clock, death being caused by apoplexy. The deceased would have been 70 years of age on December 27th of this year, and was the widow of Conrad Bolte, who died on January 7th, 1910.

Mrs. Bolte moved to Wheatland with her husband from Manning, Iowa several years ago, and has many friends throughout this section who will be grieved to learn of her death. The deceased is survived by a daughter and several sons residing at this place.

The funeral will be held from the M.E. church on next Thursday, November 13th, at one o'clock p.m.
