The remains of Mrs. Maria Kirchoff, who died in an Omaha hospital, arrived in Manning last Friday noon. The funeral was held Sunday at two o'clock p.m., Rev. William Martens officiating, and the remains were laid to rest in the cemetery south of town. She was 36 years old, and leaves a husband and six children to mourn her loss. She was the sister of John Hanson of this city. The Kerehthof family resides on a farm four miles south.
