MRS. MINNIE JUELS
Mrs. Minnie Juels, 89, of Manning died early Friday morning, February 27, 1976, at Manning General Hospital.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning, with burial in the Manning Cemetery. The Rev. Donald Jones, minister of the United Methodist Church, will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Saturday.

Mrs. Juels, daughter of Herman F. and Dora (Stuhr) Petersen, was born April 5, 1887, near Chamberlain, South Dakota, and attended rural school there. She married Albert, Juels February 10, 1915, and they farmed in the Manning area until moving into Manning. Since her husband's death November 4, 1975, she lived in the Terrace Apartments here.

Five children survive, including Mrs. Ed (Hazel) Gruhn of Mesa, Arizona; Arnold and Harold of Manning; Mrs. Anthony (Viola) Carollo of Denver, Colorado; and Mrs. John (Edna Mae) Madson of Claremont, California. Sixteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive.

Mrs. Juels was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters in addition to her husband.
