MANNING ---- Patricia Bruck, 61, of Manning, died Sunday, October 13, 1985 at Des Moines General Hospital in Des Moines.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 15, at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning, with the Rev. Carl Sinning, minister of First Presbyterian church, officiating. Odessa Wycoff will be organist and the church choir will sing. Burial will be in the Manning cemetery.

Serving as active casketbearers will be Bud Stahl, Leroy Dammann, Warren Puck, Lyle Arp, Claus Bunz and Duane Monson. Honorary bearers will be Bud Johnson, Ray Pratt, Orval Fink, Art Rix, Carl Sinning, Dr. John Edgerton, Francis Zerwas and Eddie Fischer.

Mrs. Bruck is survived by her husband, Leo, Manning; a son, Steven P. Mock, Houston, Tex. ; three grandchildren: Jamie E., Justin K., and Kasey Fagan Mock; Leo Bruck's daughter, Barbara Spieker, Denver, Colorado, and her children, Christopher and Andrea Spieker, and by her mother, Mrs. Bonita Hagedorn, Manning.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harvey Wood.

Mrs. Bruck was born at Manning on July 4, 1924, a daughter of Harvey and Bonita (Kuhl) Wood. She graduated from Manning High School in 1942, and on July 24, 1951, was married to Leo Bruck. They lived in Manning where he owned and operated the Manning Creamery Company for many years.

She was a member of First Presbyterian church, the United Presbyterian Women, the Women's Circle and the Presbyterian choir for many years. She was also a member of the Toastmistress' Club.


Patricia Bruck is buried in the Manning Cemetery.
