Rhonda Hagge, 43, of Westside, died Sunday, March 20, 2011, at her home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 24, at United Church Westside in Westside.
Burial will be in Manning Cemetery in Manning.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Huebner Funeral Home in Denison.

Rhonda Sue Hagge was born March 28, 1967, a daughter of Dean and Phyllis (Eberle) Vollstedt.

She was born in Sioux City, attended Manning Schools, and graduated from Huxley High School with the Class of 1985.

She attended nursing school at Des Moines Area Community College and graduated in 2004.

She married Michael Hagge on September 8, 1990, at the Methodist Church in Manning.

The couple made their home in Carroll before moving to the family farm near Westside and were blessed with the birth of two children.

Rhonda’s employment included home daycare, and nursing at Manning Hospital, Manilla Manor and Ar-We-Va Community Schools. She enjoyed children, school sporting events, working on the computer, and her dog Sammy.

She collected Longerberger baskets and was also a consultant for them.

She is survived by her husband, Michael of Westside; one son, Mitchell of Westside; her mother, Phyllis Vollstedt of Manning; step mother-in-law, Phyllis Hagge of Westside; one brother, Jay and his wife Tina, of Boynton Beach, Florida; one stepsister, Pam Garvis and her husband, Denny of Templeton; one stepbrother, David Vollstedt of Lake View; one brother-in-law, Randy Hagge and his wife, Delia of Westside; two sisters-in-law, Brenda Meggers and her husband, Jim, and Jane Hagge all of Vail; many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her father, Dean Vollstedt; one daughter, Elizabeth, and brother-in-law Kevin Hagge.
