Funeral services for Thekla Ann Fisk of Manning were held Thursday, January 14, 1988, at 2:00 p.m. at Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll. The Rev. Marvin Arnpriester of First United Methodist Church officiated the service. Burial was at the Carroll City Cemetery.

Mrs. Fisk was born in Manning on October 19, 1898, the daughter of Fred and Anna (Heinricks) Miller.
She was married to Burrell Fisk. She had lived in Carroll since 1913, prior to moving to the Manning Plaza. She died Monday, January 11, 1988, at the Manning Plaza following a lingering illness. She was 89 years old.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1959, and one sister, Hilda Osten.
Mrs. Fisk is survived by a nephew, Wayne Osten of New Hampton, and a great-niece, Louyane Barnes of Sacramento, California.

Mrs. Fisk was a member of First United Methodist Church in Carroll and Signet Chapter No. 1, Order of the Eastern Star of which she was a 50-year member.
