Mrs. (Wilhelmina) John David Called
MANNING MONITOR, December 26, 1912

Last Friday, while apparently enjoying the best of health, Mrs. John David (Wilhelmina Henrietta Nassinska) began bleeding at the lungs and in half an hour had left this earth to join her Maker above. She was at the time of her death 76 years, 8 months and 11 days old. In 1886 with her husband immigrated from Germany where both were born.

To mourn her death she leaves a husband, John David, three daughters, Johanna (Mrs. Henry) Borkowski, Albertine (Mrs. Adolph) Frentz of Watertown, South Dakota, and August David of Audubon County; three sons, Carl David of Watertown, South Dakota, Fred David of Manning and Albert David of Audubon County. She also leaves 27 grandchildren.

The funeral was held Monday at the German Lutheran Church of Lincoln Township, Rev. Guenther administering the last said rites of the church. Afterwards kind hands laid the body to rest in the Lincoln Township Cemetery.

Mrs. John David was a true follower of Christ and a member of the German Lutheran Church. She was a faithful worshipper of God, a true friend to her neighbors and a loving wife. While the body is laid away the good done by her while on earth will live on.

The sorrowing family care that all their neighbors and friends sympathize keenly with them in their suffering.
