An ice cream social was held at the schoolhouse in 1928. The Branch joined the Iowa Federation with dues set at 10c per member in 1928.

Generally, the Branch met in homes or after church services. They gave gifts to Trinity to help with different projects. In 1936 they dropped the quarterly meetings and met twice. Notations were found that some meetings closed because of wind or rain storms or even mosquitoes. Some soup suppers were held by the Branch. In 1967 they began the practice of Confirmation Recognition.

AAL has contributed to: purchase of trees, a dehumidifier; Concordia Seminary; Concordia Teachers Colleges; Lutheran Hour; Lutheran Family Service, Scholarship Fund, Ebenezer, Hub, His Too, Bethesda, New Hope Village, Lutheran Medical Center, Braille Transcribers, as well as other benevolent projects. The Branch meets three times a year and has an approximate membership of one hundred. The Branch, too, wishes to extend to Trinity Congregation continued blessings from our risen Lord and Savior at the beginning of their second century of grace.
