Hi Christine,

There was a unique situation here in that the borders of the city of Manning were also the borders of Warren Township and Warren Township is in Ewoldt Township.
I'm not sure if Warren Township exists on records any more since you no longer see it listed on modern Platt books but it is listed on the 1923 Platt book I have.

As far as Stahl cemetery records --- the Ferdinand Stahl family is in the Manning City Cemetery.

Section C
Row #39 North to South

Ferdinand Stahl Jr.
1899 - 1928

Lena Stahl
1864 - 1938

Ferdinand H. Stahl
1856 - 1936

Carolina Stahl
October 23, 1891 - June 19, 1910

Each section is marked A, B, etc and the rows described above start in the North East corner of that section going north to south and the next row going south to north.
You'll notice the Lutheran church just north of the cemetery and Center street just west of the cemetery.

The Cemetery information above was taken from the Iowa Genealogical Society booklet --- data was collected for the society by Ging Hudson of Manning.
