Joyce, Do you recall the smartest boy in your grade during the early years of your formal education. This of course was the semi-private, open class room environment at "Ewoldt #3". The longer ago and further away makes the story better.
(The "smartest boy" comes from being the only boy with 2, 3, or 4 girl classmates which leads to always being ranked in the top 3, 4, or 5 students in my class from K to 8th grade. "Semi-private" comes from having my brothers and sisters making up around a third to a fourth of the total enrollment of the school).
Our daughter Jean, E-mailed us from her home in Georgia to say that I need to check out this address, appeared to be one of my classmates. ---Come down the river to Memphis to help celebrate at my "surprise" 65th birthday party to be held at our home next weekend on Saturday, August 31st. Our three daughters, their husbands, and the three grandkids will be here.

After 28 years in the Air Force, I've been a Financial Advisor for the past 17 years with Waddell & Reed. (Check out waddell.com). Volleyball in our backyard every Sunday afternoon. Any takers? Jim K.
