I'm looking for information on Chester and Sarah (Probert) Babcock. They wouldn't have moved to the Manning area until after 1880. Before then, they lived in Elk River Township, Clinton Co., Iowa for about 20 years. Chester and Sarah are the parents of "Lou" Babcock, who married Belle Bingham. They also had sons named Chester, Charles and Clarence, and maybe a daughter named Mary. Maybe there are cemetery records somewhere? |
