My grandfather (on my mother's side of the family) was Joseph Slagg. I have some pictures of Cora and would really love to purchase that album if you still have it. I am the youngest of the grandchildren of Joseph and Sophia Slagg. If any of you would like to contact members of the Joseph Slagg family, please feel free to email me and I will respond. Joseph Slagg served in the 23rd Wisconsin regiment - I have his original discharge papers and one of my brothers has the black powder Colt rifle he used during the war. |
