Hi Lori - Sorry for the delay in responding but I've had a gouty left ankle that has kept me away from the computer. I became interested in the Borkowski connection to the Polzin family when I got started in genealogy a couple of years ago, first went on line, and contacted Gloria Schmidt and Kristi Brugman. I had a picture, later identified by the folks in Manning, that is inscribed, "The Borkowski's Art's Aunt and Uncle". We, in California, had never had contact with the Iowa - Missouri - etc. family members. I also found some snapshots taken by my parents on a trip to Iowa in 1958 of Borkowski and Ullerich family members. I've also sent those to Dave Kusel who advised me that Ardith Lage in Manning has been able to identify some of the people in the photos. I hope that some of you with closer family ties can add the pictures to your mementos.
