Hi Veronica,

These Juels are buried in the Manning Cemetery.

Section B Row 3 North to South
Arnold Roy Juels 1920 - 1979
Alan Dean Juels 1950 - 1950

Section B Row 4 South to North
Minnie D. Juels 1887 - 1976
Albert C. Juels 1886 - 1944

Section B Row 16 South to North
Henry C. Juels 1823 - 1914
Claus H. Stuhr 1859 - 1926 Father
Emma C. Stuhr 1859 - 1944 Mother
Bernhardt H. Stuhr 1895 - 1918 Corporal WWI

After noting that Bernhardt Stuhr served in WWI I see that I have his obituary on the Manning Veteran web page -- also linked on the Manning Memorial web page.

Mildred Lyden who is listed as the adopted sister married Vincent Lyden. Unfortunately there are no Lyden family members presently living in Manning to inquire about Mildred's background.

So Claus Stuhr married Emma Juels and are the parents of Bernhardt and a guess would be that Henry Juels is the father of Emma.

There 24 Stuhrs buried in the Manning cemetery and 3 Emma Stuhrs but at least we now know one Stuhr/Juels connection.

Thanks
Dave Kusel
