Burial will be in the Manning Cemetery, and pallbearers will be William Horman, Peter H. Jones, Rudolph H. Kuhl, George Dethlefs, George Graves, and Henry G. Martens.
Mr. Rogers had lived in Manning for about fifty years. A native Iowan, he was born of Sandyville, Iowa, February 21, 1872, to Joshua and Margaret (Farmer) Rogers.
He married Anna M. McDonald in 1904.
A son, Charles M. Rogers, served during WWII.
