ORRIN BAILEY
Orrin "Bill" Walbridge Bailey, 81, a native of Manning, Iowa, born on April 29, 1895, to Henry and Margaret (Stoker) Bailey, a Veteran of World War I, died Tuesday, January 4, 1977, in Folsom, California, where he had made his home for the past year.

He was an engineer for the Union Pacific Railroad for 30 years. He came to California 19 years ago and resided in Roseville for 17 years before moving to Folsom.

He was a member of World War I, Barracks No. 452.

Survivors include his second wife, Flossie Bailey, Folsom; daughters, Ceclia Welsh, Citrus Heights; and Christine Trijullo, Sacramento; six step-sons, Virgil Smith, Boise, Idaho; Eldon Murrill, Oregon; Hubert Murrill, Orangevale; Jack Murrill, Sacramento; and Marvin and Jerry Murrill, Roseville; four step-daughters, Viola Bunch, Nyssa, Oregon; Wilma Hogan, Carmichael; Betty Guild, Camino; and Darlene Brown, Sacramento; a brother, Darrell Bailey, Eureka; two sisters, Grace Wills, and Edith White, both of Eureka; 20 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ada Elizabeth (Marcum) Bailey (1894 - 1960), buried in Fairview Cemetery, Ontario, Oregon.

Services will be tomorrow at 10 a.m. at the Lambert Funeral Home, 400 Douglas Blvd., with the Rev. William Robinson of Calvary Assembly of God Church, Folsom, officiating. Burial will be in Sylvan Cemetery, Citrus Heights, California.
