Bryan Fisk Payne
A private graveside service will be held for Bryan F. Payne, who died of causes related to age Sunday, March 24, 1991. He died in a Vancouver nursing home at age 95.

Mr. Payne was born in Holdrege, Nebraska, on November 22, 1895, son of Edward and Eva (Marston) Payne, and had lived in Vancouver since 1930.

Before he retired he was a building inspector for the city of Vancouver.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie (Burnett), daughter, Bonnie Prickett, and son, Rolland Payne.

Surviving Mr. Payne are his son, Zelmar B. of Vancouver; daughter, Peggy Pinard of Vancouver; brother, Omer of Earlham, Iowa; sister, Dorothy Winn of Sun City, Arizona; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Vancouver, Washington.
