Ann Aldrich Dies; Widow Of Pastor
Mrs. Annie Grace Aldrich, 77, widow of the Rev. Floyd C. Aldrich, died Friday, February 6, 1959, at Lima, Ohio, after a brief illness. She had been undergoing treatment for a heart ailment.

Mrs. Aldrich moved to Ohio after her husband died here a year ago. She and the Rev. Mr. Aldrich were married at Shenandoah in 1900. A week later, they moved to India, where they spent 38 years in the missionary field.

They returned in 1938 and her husband later served Methodist Churches at Manilla and Manning, and the Mount Hope and Hazel Dell Churches here.

Survivors include: daughter, Mrs. Jeanne Badley of Seattle, Washington; four sons, Dr. Herschel, a medical missionary in India, Dr. Virgil of Gambier, Ohio, Paul of Lima, Ohio, and Richard of Mill Valley, California; two sisters, addresses not given; 10 grandchildren: and one great-grandchild.

Simultaneously memorial services will be held here and at Lima Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. The service here will be at Epworth Methodist Church, following cremation at Lima, the ashes will be sent to Shenandoah, Iowa, for burial in the Rose Hill Cemetery.

Born September 10, 1882, in Shenandoah, she was the daughter of Charles and Minnie (George) Hanley.
