Alfred C. "Barney" Mohr died at his home early Wednesday morning. Funeral arrangements are pending, in charge of Ohde Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Alfred C. Mohr, 68, were held on Friday morning, August 7, at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning at 11 a.m. Rev. Andrew Stewart-Morris of the Methodist Church was in charge of the rites. Burial was in the Manning Cemetery.

Son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter and Elizabeth (Kuhl) Mohr, he was born May 27, 1902, north of Manning. In 1914, the family moved to a farm north of Aspinwall and in 1920 to Manning, where he had lived since.

He was married on August 22, 1928, at Harlan to Melitta Jentsch of Manning. She died on May 2, 1954. He then married Ollie Esycheck on March 18, 1955.

He was preceded in death by his first wife; his mother in 1920 and his father in 1952.

He is survived by his wife and a sister, Mrs. Edna Hiatt of Manning.

Mr. Mohr died suddenly at his home in Manning early Wednesday morning, August 5, 1970.
