MRS. ANN L. WINGROVE
Mrs. Ann L. Wingrove, 67, of Manning died Sunday evening, September 3, 1972, at the home of her son, James Wingrove, in Council Bluffs.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Ohde Funeral Home, Manning. The Rev. Don Griffith of the United Methodist Church of Manning will officiate.

Bonita Hagedorn will be organist and Judy Joens, soloist. Pallbearers will be William Schmidt, Gerald Lee Von Falkenstein, Robert Allen, Emil Ruhde, Lyle Jahn, and Wayne Christensen. Burial will be in the Dow City Cemetery.

Mrs. Wingrove was born March 17, 1905, in Denison, a daughter of John and Mary Ann (Byatt) Retchie. She received her education in the Denison schools.

Her marriage to Dan Wingrove took place October 20, 1927. The couple lived on various farms in Denison and Dow City until 1943, when they moved to Manning.

After her husband's death May 22, 1970, she continued to live in Manning.

Survivors include her son, two grandchildren; one brother, Frederick Retchie of Jamesville, Wisconsin; and two sisters, Mrs. Louise Marolf of Spirit Lake and Mrs. Mabel Von Falkenstein of Milton, Wisconsin.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Katheryn Louise in infancy and a brother Charles.
