Funeral rites for Bruno Thomsen, 71, of Manning were held Monday at the Ohde Funeral Home here.

Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery at Davenport.

Thomsen, a professional musician, died Saturday, January 20, 1968, at St. Anthony Hospital in Carroll.

He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Eleanor Hawkins of Lansing, Michigan.

Funeral rites for Bruno Rudolph Thomsen, 71, of Manning were held at 11 a.m. on Monday morning, January 22 at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning, with Rev. Robert Rushing of the Presbyterian Church officiating.

On Tuesday, the body was taken to Davenport for burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport, Iowa.

Son of Henry and Dora (Bergard) Thomsen, he was born April 14, 1896, in Davenport, and came to Manning with his parents as an infant, and had lived here since. He was a professional musician.

Mr. Thomsen was taken to St. Anthony Hospital in Carroll several days ago and died there on Saturday morning, January 20, 1968.

He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Eleanor Hawkins of Lansing, Michigan.
