Mrs. Stuhr had been in poor health for several months and had been under the constant care of her physician. Her condition became worse last week and she was taken to the Wyatt Hospital last Thursday evening. Here, all that loving hands and medical attention could do was extended her but to no avail and she passed away Sunday morning, March 14, 1937.
Mrs. Stuhr leaves a host of friends besides her family who will remember her long for her loving kindness, her companionship and for the many helpful acts she performed during her active life in making life more pleasant for others.
Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Stuhr are pioneer residents of this community. They were looking forward to this summer when they expected to observe their Golden Wedding Anniversary on Thursday, August 5th. Death, however, deprived them of this ceremony.
