Floyd J. Reiman, 70, of 2504 33rd St., Moline, Illinois, died Wednesday, June 17, 1998, at Riverpark Health Care Center, Rock Island.

Family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may go to the charity of one's choice or to the family. Wendt Funeral Home, Moline, Illinois, is in charge of arrangements.

Floyd J. Reiman was born on October 31, 1927, to William and Mary (Schnider) Reiman in Manning, Iowa. He married Betty Frank on October 30, 1959, in Galesburg, Illinois.

He was employed as an industrial engineer for Deere & Co. at Moline for 45 years, retiring in 1985. He worked at Deere & Co. in the factory 15 years, 20 years worldwide, and 10 years in Moline.

He was an organ donor. He enjoyed golf, travel and fishing.

Survivors (and spouses) include his wife, Betty Reiman, Moline; daughters, Jennifer (Craig) Hollenback, Bettendorf; Christine (Jeff) Murphy, Scottsdale, Arizona; Deirdre (Jeff) Thorn, East Moline; Michaelle (Ron) Willis, Moline; granddaughters, Julie Murphy and Melissa Willis; and grandsons, Keaton Hollenback, Kyle Hollenback, Ashley Thorn and Jared Thorn.
