MRS. BEN STEEN Mr. and Mrs. Henry Otto received word of the death of a cousin, Mrs. Ben (Mary) Steen, 58, of Omaha, on March 16, 1967, at Douglas County Hospital. Mrs. Steen had been ill of cancer for some time.

Funeral services were conducted March 18, at 10:45 at the Hoffman Mortuary in Omaha, with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery, Omaha.

Mary Steen is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ray (Patricia) Alsman, three grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Emma Christensen of Maria Stein, Ohio.

She was preceded by her husband, who died ten years ago.

Born December 28, 1908, her parents were Mr. and Mrs. John and Emma (Hansen) Pencker of Manning.

Mr. and Mrs. Otto, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. August Mundt, attended the services.
