Oriet (Fardal) Thompson passed away January 31, 2012. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, February 4, at the Trinity
Lutheran Church, with burial in the Clifton Lutheran Cemetery, Clifton, Texas.
Family visitation will precede the service 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at the church.
Survivors include her daughters, Miriam Hussey, and husband, Dave; Rosemary
Fielder and husband Hank; and Virginia Beaver and husband, John; seven
grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

William Thompson
William T. Thompson, 83, of Clifton, Texas, died Friday at a local hospital.
Services will be 4 p.m. today at Trinity Lutheran Church, the Rev. Lawrence
Jenson and the Rev. Larry Hendrick officiating. Burial will be at Clifton Lutheran Cemetery.
Mr. Thompson was born August 23, 1906, in Ellsworth, Iowa. He owned the
Thompson Hatchery in Clifton and Ellsworth, Iowa.
Survivors include his wife, Oriet Thompson; three
daughters, Mrs. Miriam Hussey of Iowa City, Iowa, Mrs. Rosemary Allen of Waco
and Mrs. Virginia Balter of San Antonio; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Winters of
Owatonna, Minnesota, and Mrs. Margaret Tracy of Denison, Iowa; and eight grandchildren.
Clifton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
