She left this world of pain and sickness to enter her Heavenly Home. She was sick such a short time. Friday evening after school she complained a little and on Monday night as they went to bed, she bid them all such a sweet "good-night" That was her last words to us all. She was so obedient in her home and loved by all who knew her.
She was especially fond of mothering her baby brothers.
Our only girl has left our home so gloomy, but through our tears we can see her walking the streets of gold hand in hand with her little brother who preceded her thirteen years.
All was done, that loving hands could do. But God saw fit to pluck the pure white lily. And as he makes no mistakes we know she has gone to live with Him forever.
Little Reva had always attended the United Brethren Church at Botna and thought so much of her Sunday School teacher, Mrs. Vandeman.
She leaves her mother and father and three small brothers.
While everyone grieves for the loss in that home we know that Heaven is a brighter and happier place now. And we are glad that God let us know her sweet, pure life for six short summers.
Interment was made in the Irwin Cemetery, November 2nd,
conducted by Rev. C.S. Gowin, of the Carrollton U.B. Church.
