Mrs. Leonard Walde Ruth Mae (Wellendorf) Walde, 55, of Vail died Sunday, November 12, 1989, in a hospital in Omaha.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Zion Lutheran Church in Denison with burial in Crawford Heights Memory Gardens. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. today in Huebner Funeral Home in Denison.

Born May 29, 1934, near Vail, she was the daughter of Magnus and Erma (Henningsen) Wellendorf. She attended Hayes No. 5 country school in Crawford County, and graduated in 1952 from Manning High School.

She married Leonard Walde on October 24, 1954.
