Mr. and Mrs. Stan Schulte of Yankton, South Dakota, have purchased the DeBoth Florist Shop here from Mr. and Mrs. Louis DeBoth. The DeBoths will return to Audubon.

Decorated Manning Schools Open Soon
The Manning public schools will open August 27 after having been thoroughly redecorated. The junior high building has been done in pastel shades of rose, green canary, and aqua, and new fluorescent fixtures have been installed throughout both buildings. All rooms have been thoroughly cleaned and waxed by custodians Henry Dethlefs, Claus Nielsen, and John Jones.
Courses offered in high school are commercial, general, college preparation, and agriculture. Drivers' training will not be offered. A new bus has been purchased making five now in operation for rural students and those living in South Manning. Drivers this year are Claus Nielsen, Louie Dammann, Dave Dalgety, Stan Schulte, Julius Hoffman, and Merle Stoelk.
