MRS. SUSAN SCHUSTER

Mrs. Susan Schuster, 67, of near Fillmore, died Monday morning at the Armstrong hotel in Cascade, after an illness of six months.

The body is at the Till-Didescth funeral home, Cascade, where friends may call after 7 p.m. Tuesday, and from where the funeral will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday to Sacred Heart church, Fillmore. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Schuster, daughter of the late Nick and Elizabeth (Garish) Schilling, was born October 28, 1880, in Mosalem Township. She lived in Dubuque County all her life.

She was married to Fred Schuster on January 21, 1896, at St. Catherine's. He preceded her August 18, 1942.

She was a member of Sacred Heart church, Fillmore.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Jake (Elizabeth) Gehler, of Lamotte, Mrs. Frank (Anna), Quinn, of Bernard, and Mrs. John (Catherine) Luedtke and Mrs. Fred (Agnes) Zahina, both of Dubuque; six sons, John and Bernard Schuster, both of Bernard, Joseph and William Schuster, both of Dubuque, Daniel Schuster, of Milwaukee, and Fred Schuster, of Cascade; four brothers, Matt and Nick Schilling, both of East Dubuque, John Schilling of Aspinwall, and Fred Schilling of Graf; four sisters, Mrs. Nick (Mary) Kass of Asbury, Mrs. Herman (Margaret) Yeager of Bishop, California, Mrs. Mike Wernimont of Asbury, and Mrs. Al (Pauline) Konzen of Dubuque; and 27 grandchildren.
