She was born November 14, 1910, in Manning, Iowa, to Edna A. Smith and Orren William Wyatt. She graduated from Manning High School in 1928.
She married Raymond Martin Rinderhagen on November 29, 1934, in Manning, Iowa.
She graduated from nursing school at the Episcopal Methodist Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1932 and was a nurse for 46 years.
She was a registered nurse at Indio Community Hospital, retiring in 1978.
She was a member of the Indio Women's Club, and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Provo, Utah, and a member of the First United Methodist Church since 1948.
Survivors include her husband: a son, Kenneth Ray Rinderhagen of Ogallala, Nebraska; two brothers, Dr. Merlin R. Wyatt of Tucson, Arizona, and Lester O. Wyatt of Spirit Lake, Iowa; two sisters, Clara E. Martens of Manning and Edna Louise Nordbye of Toleda, Washington; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Fitz-Henry Funeral Home in Indio.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Coachella Valley Public Cemetery Coachella, California.
