The Rev. Arthur Conner officiated. Glenn Determan was soloist, accompanied by Mrs. Lyle Willhoite. Pallbearers were William Ackerman, Lloyd Heidenreich, Alfred Dreessen, Harold Wollesen, Dale Jondle, and William Dozark. Burial was in the Wall Lake Cemetery.

Mr. Paysen was born at Manning October 13, 1889, son of Tom and Catherine (Dreessen) Paysen.
