WILLIAM C. RADELEFF William Christian Radeleff, who gained nationwide attention in 1910 in one of the first cross-country automobile trips, has died June 3, 1972, at the age of 87.

He was born December 4, 1884, son of Henry and Anna (Georgius) Radeleff.

Funeral services were held for Radeleff Tuesday in this small Tulare County community of Central California.

Radeleff, his brother, and father drove a model T Touring Car on a round trip from Los Angeles County to Illinois 62 years ago. Radeleff operated a garage in Springville until his retirement in 1941.
